PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker improving cooking performance of both of oven cooking using upper and lower heaters and steam cooking using steam. SOLUTION: The cooker includes a heating chamber 2 provided with a steam outlet 15 near a center part of a rear face side, the upper heater 3 disposed in an upper face side of the heating chamber 2, the lower heater 4 disposed in a lower face side of the heating chamber 2, a tray 20 disposed in the heating chamber 2, and a flat net 30 disposed with an interval in an upper side of the tray 20 for placing a heating object. Steam is blown out of the steam outlet 15 in the rear face side of the heating chamber 2 toward a space between the flat net 30 and the tray 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
