摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance control accuracy of intake pressure during both of a normal time and a transition time when controlling a throttle valve opening based on a target intake pressure and an actual intake pressure so that a prescribed target intake pressure can be obtained, in an engine including a variable valve mechanism capable of continuously changing a lift amount and a working angle of an intake valve, and a throttle valve provided in an intake passage upstream of the intake valve and capable of adjusting the flow rate of intake air. SOLUTION: A target throttle valve opening is calculated based on an intake pressure sensor value detected by an intake pressure sensor at a normal time and based on an intake pressure estimation value calculated by an intake-pressure-estimation-value calculating means during a transition time so that the target intake pressure can be obtained.
