PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk valve having a combination of a fixed disk and a rotary disk, in which flow control accuracy and channel switching accuracy is improved by improving the accuracy in the stop position of the rotary disk relative to the fixed disk. SOLUTION: In the disk valve, the rotary disk is rotated relative to the fixed disk coaxially overlapped to change the overlapped state of a communication hole preset in both the disks so that the flow rate of the flow is controlled or the channel is switched. One of both the disks has a projection-like locking section projecting toward the other disks on the circumference. The locking section provided in the other disk is locked with the projection-like locking section to stop the rotation of the rotary disk so that a structure is directly provided between both the disks to determine the origin of the relative rotation of both the disks.
