PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition excellent in heat resistance and small in reaction heat at curing, and further, to provide easy in control of network structure of cured product regardless of reaction conditions. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition comprises a component (A) and a component (B), where the component (A) is a reaction product obtained by mixing a glycidylamine type epoxy resin (a) having at least one aromatic ring in a molecule and represented by formula (1) or formula (2) and an aromatic amine (b) having in the molecule a plurality of active hydrogen reactive with an epoxy group, so that the ratio of the number of active hydrogen in the aromatic amine (b) to the number of epoxy ring in the glycidylamine type epoxy resin (a) becomes 1.1-4, and heating the mixture; and the component (B) is a three or more functional epoxy resin.
