PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of easily performing a replacing work of heating wires having various cross-section shapes, with simple configuration. SOLUTION: The sealing device includes: the heating wire 20 which generates heat when energized; a sealing bar 11 configured to move to a position away from the heating wire 20 in the period when the wire 20 is not energized, on the other hand, in the period when the heating wire 20 is energized, move to a position close to the heating wire 20, and when coming close to the heating wire 20, bring a synthetic resin sheet 100 in contact with the heating wire 20 so as to seal with the synthetic resin sheet 100; a pair of heating wire fixing members 21 for separately fixing both end portions of the heating wire 20; an elastic member 24 for applying an elastic force to each of the heating wire fixing members 21 in a direction to stretch the heating wire 20; a pressure member 25 for applying an external force to each of the heating wire fixing members 21 in a direction opposite to the stretching direction of the heating wire 20; and a position fixing member 26 for fixing the position of each of the pressure members 25 in the state where the external force is applied to each of the heating wire fixing members 21 in the direction opposite to the stretching direction of the heating wire 20.
