PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arc-gas exhaust structure for a circuit breaker capable of reducing the number of components and man-hours for assembling compared with existing structures, and reducing cost and securing high security. SOLUTION: The circuit breaker has a mold resin body case composed of a case 2 and a cover 3 in which a current cutoff part having a main circuit contact point mechanism combined with an arc-extinguishing device 10, a switching mechanism, and an overcurrent tripping device are loaded. At a power-source side end of the cover 3, a shielding wall 3b in which a gas exhaust aperture 3c is opened, and which is continuous to the arc-extinguishing device 10 is integrally formed, and a flexible protecting sheet 15 covers the gas exhaust aperture 3c from the outside overlapping the shielding wall 3b, and locked to the cover 3 at the end of the protecting sheet 15.
