PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for supporting a user of the pillow without pressuring the user, when used in a supine position or when turning over in a lateral direction from the supine position, which prevents awakening due to a degradation in comfort and feeling of a foreign object. SOLUTION: The pillow 1 allowing ease of turning over in bed includes: a pillow body 11 formed of a plate-shaped urethane having a flat surface; an inclined portion 12 which protrudes from a center part of a first side edge of the pillow body 11 divided into three parts; and first and second supporting members 11f and 11g which are firmer than the pillow body 11. The inclined portion 12 is slanted such that the surface lowers towards a protruding direction. The first supporting member 11f supports a cervical spine part of the user in the supine position, and the second supporting member 11g supports an occipital region of a head of the user in the supine position.
