PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation work load of a concrete form of a concrete part on the lowermost part of a structure to be base-isolated by a base-isolating layer. SOLUTION: There is provided the construction method for the structure 1 supported on a leveled ground G through the base-isolating layer 10. The method includes a base-isolating layer forming process for forming the base-isolating layer 10 by spreading a plurality of block-shaped flexible base isolation bearing members 11 over the leveled ground G to be arranged in parallel, and a lowermost part forming process for forming the concrete part on the lowermost part of the structure 1 using the upper surface of the formed base-isolating layer 10 as the concrete form 30 and placing the concrete 40.
