PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which surely outputs debugging information to the outside according to a requested timing. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes an RF tag control IC 21 for reading debugging information stored in a memory 15 for debugging; and an antenna 22 for transmitting the debugging information by radio. An RF tag control IC 21 transmits the debugging information stored in the memory 15 for debugging by the antenna 22 to the external device 30 by radio in response to a debugging information request signal transmitted by radio from an external device 30.
