<p>Disclosed is a broadcast receiver semiconductor integrated circuit which integrates a RF circuit, mixer, IF circuit, and intermediate frequency signal processing circuit into a single chip, wherein another RF circuit (2-9) and a mixer (2-10) arranged after that RF circuit (2-9) are separately provided, the input terminal of said RF circuit (2-9) being grounded by an impedance the equivalent or approximately the same as the output impedance of an antenna circuit (1). This RF circuit (2-9) and mixer (2-10) have an input impedance equivalent to that of the reception signal system, so spurious components equivalent to the spurious components included in the output signals of the reception signal system are detected at this RF circuit (2-9) and mixer (2-10), and are used to cancel the spurious components included in the output signals of the reception signal system. Accordingly, the effects of noise caused by spurious emission can be mitigated effectively.</p> |
