PURPOSE: An advanced treatment flow type bio carrier is provided to use FRP powder or glass fiber powder which is wasted as waste. CONSTITUTION: An advanced treatment flow type bio carrier mixes polymer as a molding material with an active inorganic filler of activated carbon 5~10wt%, zeolite 5~10wt% as a mixture and a FRP powder 20~40wt% having 100~350 mesh as a composite material to make the whole weight rate to be 100wt%. The carrier fuse-comprises the carbon dioxide or nitrogen gas 1-~25wt% based on the mixed whole weight rate 100wt% and mold the spring line(110) of circular shape which has weight of 0.5~0.9 but pore of porosity is formed on a spring surface. Instead of FRP powder, the carrier uses glass fiber powder having 100~350 mesh which is plasticized for one hour in 800°C. |
