PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to maximize illumination efficiency by diffusing the light emitted from an LED through the diffusion groove of a cover. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(20) is installed in a main body(10). The printed circuit board is electrically connected to an LED. A cover(30) is combined with the main body in order to protect the LED. A fixed cap(40) comprises a first main body and an extension part. Two elongated holes are formed in the end surface of the extension part. A rotating member(50) comprises a second body and a first and second connection terminal. The first connection terminal is connected to a power supply terminal. The second connect terminal is connected to a power line.
