<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster device that normally maintains its function even when an output voltage VB of a battery 16 is less than a minimum operation voltage of a control IC while suppressing an increase in costs required for normally maintaining its function. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply circuit is configured such that a series circuit of a diode DA1, a resistor RA1, and a capacitor CA1 is connected to the battery 16 and one end of the capacitor CA1 is grounded to the ground so as to supply a drive voltage to a control IC 11 from a point P2 being a connection point between the resistor RA1 and the capacitor CA1. The booster device is used for the power supply circuit so as to boost a voltage of the point P2. The booster device includes a step-up circuit 23 that steps up the voltage VB output from the battery 16 so as to supply the voltage to the point P2. When the voltage of the point P2 drops to less than a preset threshold voltage Vth, the step-up circuit 23 steps up the voltage of the point P2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
