<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light guide plate, which uniforms the brightness of a light-emitting surface of the light guide plate by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a cutting-out step of cutting out a light guide plate 10 from an original plate 60 which comprises a thermosetting resin and has a light guide pattern (concave-convex pattern 15) arranged on at least one principal surface 61 thereof; a brightness measuring step of measuring brightness of a light-emitting surface (surface 13) of the light guide plate 10 while radiating light L in an in-plane direction of the cut-out light guide plate 10 from a light source 30 through at least one light incidence end surface 12 of the light guide plate 10; and a reflectance adjustment step of selecting at least one stuck surface 19 except light incidence end surface 12 and the light-emitting surface (surface 13) of the light guide plate 10 on the basis of the difference between the measured brightness and a reference brightness value Ref and determining reflectance of a stuck region 23 of a light reflecting sheet 20 in the selected stuck surface 19 or the light reflecting sheet 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
