<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting member useful for preventing erroneous assembling and improved in assembling workability and a head-up display device using the reflecting member. <P>SOLUTION: This reflecting member includes a substrate 43 made of resin such as polycarbonate and a reflecting film 45 made of metal such as aluminum formed by deposition in a front surface part 44 of the substrate 43.
