<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating window glass in which a metal thin-wire group is hardly visible and heat generation of a contact between the metal thin-wire group and electrodes is controlled at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The electric heating window glass 10 includes a heat generation unit 14 formed along a longitudinal direction and a first electrode 16 and a second electrode 18 formed at the top and bottom of the heat generation unit 14. In the heat generation unit 14, a heat generation zone 43 consisting of a mesh pattern 43A with a large thin-wire interval of the metal thin-wire 42 is formed, and in the first electrode 16 and the second electrode 18, an electrode zone 44 consisting of mesh pattern 44A with a small thin-wire interval of the metal thin-wire 42 is formed.
