<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hose fixing tool facilitating installation of a hose in a predetermined section and a storage water heater having excellent execution of work. <P>SOLUTION: In the storage water heater 100, hot water is boiled by a heat source machine (heat pump unit 1) and stored in a hot water storage tank 10 within an outer case 70. During hot water supply, the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 10 is supplied to a predetermined hot water supply destination via a hot water supply pipe line 50, and during drain, the hot water within the hot water storage tank 10 is discharged to a water discharge groove 120 through a drain pipe line 60 connected to the hot water storage tank 10. A drain pan 63 for receiving leaked water is arranged in the lower part of the outer case 70. A water discharge part 75 penetrated through the drain pan 63 is provided in the drain pan 63, and the water discharge hose 80 for discharging the leaked water received by the drain pan 63 is connected to the drain pan 63.
