PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine undercover capable of increasing strength without reducing the number of acoustic rooms. SOLUTION: The vehicular engine undercover 10 has the plurality of swelling hollow acoustic rooms 15 on a top face 11 thereof and is formed of a blow molded body having recessed portions 18 between the acoustic rooms 15. Toward a recessed portion 18a between two adjacent acoustic rooms 15a, 15, a protrusion portion 33 swelling upward from a lower surface 31 of the engine undercover is formed. The size of a top portion 34 of the protrusion portion 33 is invaded into the two acoustic rooms 15a, 15 on both sides of the recessed portion 18a. The height of a bottom face 19a of the recessed portion 18a facing the protrusion portion 33 is set to be higher than the height of a bottom face 19b of the other recessed portion 18b not facing the protrusion portion 33, and a summit portion 34 of the protrusion portion is welded to the bottom face 19a of the higher recessed portion 18a.
