PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejection amount measurement method capable of highly precisely setting the amount of ejection of liquid material from a droplet ejection head in an imaging state. SOLUTION: The ejection amount measurement method for respectively measuring amounts of ejection of the liquid material L, which are respectively ejected from a plurality of droplet ejection heads 5, comprises: a preliminarily heating process for preliminarily heating the droplet ejection heads 5; a preliminary ejection process for ejecting the liquid material L from the droplet ejection heads 5 which are preliminarily heated; a weight measurement process for measuring the weight of the liquid material L which is again ejected from the droplet ejection heads 5 after the preliminary ejection process. The ejection amount of the liquid material L in the preliminary ejection process is set to be more the longer is the relative necessary time of the droplet ejection heads 5, based on the necessary time from the start of the preliminary heating process until the ejection of the liquid material L in the preliminary ejection process.
