PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately provide pseudo three-dimensional image data, which has been prepared in advance, in response to a distribution request from any external terminal. SOLUTION: The medical image management device managing an image acquired by a medical imaging device includes: an image generation means generating one or more pseudo three-dimensional images stereoscopically visualized on a two-dimensional plane and composed of a group of a large number of two-dimensional images acquired by the medical imaging device, under a predetermined image generation condition; a recording means recording the pseudo three-dimensional images generated by the image generation means; and a distribution control means distributing at least one of the generated pseudo three-dimensional images to the external terminal from the recording means in response to a request for distributing the three-dimensional image from the external terminal.
