PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach hot wires to a cloth material which can be used as skin material with good performance, without having a bad influence on sheet characteristics. SOLUTION: In the cloth material 10 wherein pad material 14 is laminated on one surface side of a face material 12, the cloth material 10 includes a conductive wire material 20 capable of being energized, and an energizing means 18 capable of supplying power to the conductive wire material 20. The conductive wire material 20 has a core thread 22 composed of carbon fibers, and a sheath thread 24 twisted with the core thread 22. As a part of a yarn of fabric weft as the face material 12, the conductive wire 20 is driven, and on one surface side of the face material 12 or in the inside of the face material 12, the conductive wire materials 20 more than those on the other surface side of the face material 12 are disposed and attached.
