PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform sticking work. SOLUTION: A worker inserts a distal end part of a gripping part 32B between a part 13 and a pasteboard 12 in the state that the gripping parts 31B, 32B of a pair of tweezers are left from each other. Further, one end of the part 13 is peeled off from the pasteboard 12. Next, force is applied to retaining parts 31A, 32A to close the gripping parts 31B, 32B, and the part 13 is gripped by clamping one end of the part 13 between them. Further, in the state that one end of the part 13 is gripped, the tweezers 15 are upwardly lifted to peel off the part 13 from the pasteboard 12. The part 13 peeled off from the pasteboard 12 is stuck onto an object 14. Thereafter, in the state that the gripping parts 31B, 32B are left from each other, a pressure is applied while rotating a roller 40 on a surface of the part 13, it is pressed to strongly stick it on the object.
