PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplifier with improved measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: The nucleic acid amplifier includes: a flexible plate on which a plurality of vessels as fields of nucleic acid amplification reaction and the flow passages for feeding a fluid to be tested to each vessel are formed; a sheet plate facing one side of the flexible plate; the frame parts which are provided at the positions surrounding those corresponding to respective vessels among the surfaces of the sheet plates facing the flexible plates; and a drive means for moving one or both of the flexible plate and sheet plate from the positions to be in a standby state to the position at which the end of the frame part abuts on the flexible plate under a prescribed pressure.
