PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface, by which it is unnecessary to manufacture a press die, it is easy to change an uneven pattern phase and tit is unnecessary to use a high ductile base stock. SOLUTION: A layered product 6, which is obtained by holding a metal sheet 1 between a forming medium 2 composed of an elastic body and a female die 4 having the uneven pattern, is held between outside plates 5 and is reduced with rolling rolls 7.
