A bottom section (34) is formed so as to be bent inward radially from the lower end of a path outer tube section (32) and is disposed on the outer peripheral side of a tube section (22) of a partition member (20) so as to face and be spaced from a flange section (24). Also, the bottom section (34) is disposed on the inner side of the tube section (22) in the axial direction (S), that is, disposed so as to overlap with the tube section (22) in a radial view. An elastic film-like diaphragm (50) is adhered by vulcanization to a limiting-path member (30) so as to cover the lower opening thereof. A seal section (56) is integrally adhered, together with the diaphragm (50), to the limiting-path member (30) by vulcanization so as to cover the inner peripheral surface of a path's inner tube section (36). |
