The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting crude oil from sand. The present invention comprises: a burner which receives oil or gas from an external source and burns the received oil or gas to generate heat; a mixing tank which is connected to the burner to receive heat from the burner for fluidizing oil sand injected therein, and one side of which has an outlet port for discharging generated steam; and oil-collecting means for receiving hot steam from the mixing tank, extracting and collecting oil by passing the received hot steam through at least one oil-collecting element using cold-condensation or centrifugal force, and supplying the collected oil to an oil tank connected to one side of the oil-collecting means. The thus-configured apparatus for extracting crude oil from sand according to the present invention extracts oil from oil sand fluidized by circulating carrier gases consisting of non-condensing gases, to thereby prevent environmental contamination caused by direct heating, and enables oil collection to be performed in an economically advantageous manner through a carrier gas circulation structure. Particularly, drilled oil sand is fluidized in the present invention to not only prevent environmental contamination like conventional systems in which pipelines are installed in oil sand layers to supply aqueous steam, but to also overcome the deterioration of profitability caused by excessive investment in equipment. |
