PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling the temperature of frying oil are provided to uniformly maintain oil temperature by controlling power supplied to a heating body to be less than a set temperature. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the temperature of frying oil comprises a frying oil temperature sensor(11), a heating unit(2), a surface temperature sensor(21), an exhaust hole(4), and a controller(99). The frying oil temperature sensor is formed in a suction hole(1) formed in one side of the device. The heating unit heats frying oil. The surface temperature sensor is installed on the surface of the heating unit. The exhaust hole is formed in one side of a frying oil circulation pump. The controller controls the heating unit and the frying oil circulation pump. |
