PURPOSE: A construction method of a spiral reinforced column using PS strands is provided to reduce the amount of steel compared with an existing hooped reinforcing column and to improve an earthquake-resistant effect. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a spiral reinforced column using PS strands is as follows. The starting point of a spiral strand(6) is coupled to a starting dead anchor(7) located at the center of a footing(1). The spiral strand binds axial reinforcing bars(4) together. When the spiral strand is approached to the top of the footing, concrete is placed on the footing. |
