A temperature adjusting mechanism capable of efficiently performing temperature adjustment of a power source element is provided. A temperature adjusting mechanism adjusting a temperature of a power source element, includes a case member which houses the power source element and a first heat exchange medium in liquid form performing heat exchange with the power source element; and a guide member which is connected to the case member and forms at least a portion of a flow path in which a second heat exchange medium flows. The guide member is formed of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than a thermal conductivity of outside air which is in contact with the case member. |
