<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for collecting and offering viewer feedback for programs based on characteristics of viewers to both viewers and program providers. <P>SOLUTION: Ranking is generated for broadcast with a server system 170. The ranking is at least partially based on viewer feedback 120 for the broadcast to show possibility of potential subsequent viewers 180 to be interested or not in the broadcast. Next, access is offered for this ranking to forecast whether the potential subsequent viewers 180 are interested or not in this broadcast. Alternatively, the ranking is offered to an amusement system 100 from the server system and the broadcast is selected with the amusement system for viewing based on the ranking generated by the server system.
