<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing specification decision support system for much more quickly deciding housing specifications. <P>SOLUTION: A component attribute information selection input screen 110 output to the output means of terminal equipment, which configures a housing specification information selection input screen for selectively inputting customer-categorized housing specification information, includes a person-in-charge mode screen for selectively inputting component attribute information including component attribute information to be determined by a person-in-charge who makes arrangements for housing specifications and a customer mode screen for selectively inputting component attribute information excluding the component attribute information to be determined at the person-in-charge side.
