<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from conducting arbitrary variation operation to random numbers in a game processing using the random numbers. <P>SOLUTION: A random number value obtaining means to obtain a random number value, a usable random number value control means to control a usable random number value usable for the game processing based on the obtained random number value, and a game processing means to conduct the game processing based on the usable random number value are provided to function the computer.
