<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy ray-curable resin composition which is satisfactory in curing property, adhesiveness, and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable resin composition includes a cationically polymerizable compound (A), a cationic photopolymerization initiator (B), and one or two or more of a group composed of phenolic antioxidants and quinone-based antioxidants (C). Bis(4-t-butyl-phenyl)-iodonium-tris(trifluoromethanesulfonyl) methide is desirable for the cationic photopolymerization initiator (B). Optionally, a phosphine oxide derivative (D), a filler (E), and a photosensitizer may be included therein. The cured product is formed by curing the energy ray-curable resin composition.
