<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for a vehicular reinforcing bar for providing the excellent transmission efficiency of a load of attached one end and the other end, and freely changing the vertical and transverse directions of the cross sections on the one and other ends. <P>SOLUTION: In the fastening structure 12 for the vehicular reinforcing bar 11, one end 21 is fastened to one vehicle body skeleton frame (left rear side frame 16), and the other end 22 is fastened to the other vehicle body skeleton frame (right rear side frame 16). In the reinforcing bar 11, the closed cross section is formed into a uniform shape from one end 21 to the other end 22, a color for transmitting a fastening force is fitted in one end 21, and a color for transmitting a fastening force is fitted in the other end 22.
