<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for a roaster capable of performing adhesion removal and adsorption removal of huge amount of oil mist, odor or burnt smoke generated by the roaster for a long time while extremely suppressing maintenance cost. <P>SOLUTION: As an adhesion and adsorption material, pearlite having a closed-cell structure obtained by firing and foaming obsidian and having 0.1-0.15 of an apparent specific gravity, including a huge number of minute pores formed on the outer surface and having 5-20 mm of particle size is used. The filter for the roaster includes a refilling filter case formed of a wire mesh material having a mesh size preventing leakage of the pearlite or a punching metal plate, having a dimension shape fittable to a filter fitting holder, and having one side with an opening edge capable of filling/removing the pearlite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
