PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method which can correspond to a situation in which gas pressure is raised in a plurality of parts in a mold cavity to cause problems in gas counter pressure molding and an apparatus suitable for the method. SOLUTION: In a gas counter pressure molding apparatus, openable/closable gas exhaust means are installed in a plurality of parts in the mold cavity, and the opening/closing states of the gas exhaust means installed in a plurality of the parts can be controlled individually in accordance with the position of the screw of an injection molding machine. When a resin is packed, even in a situation in which gas pressure is raised in a plurality of the parts in the mold cavity to cause problems, a simple correspondence to the situation is possible by individually controlling the opening/closing states of the gas exhaust means installed in a plurality of the parts by the position of the screw.
