PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of a paper feed position and a printing start position even when a paper size is changed, and to reduce a calculation burden caused by processing to adjust the paper feed position or the printing start position. SOLUTION: The printer 10 includes a control part 31 which sets a predetermined position of a printing region as a virtual reference paper feed position, stores a difference between the reference paper feed position and a predetermined position of a printing medium to be actually printed, adds to printing data blank raster data which refrains the ink from being jetted on the basis of the difference, and starts printing processing from the reference paper feed position on the basis of the printing data with the blank raster data added thereto.
