PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a reactance component of an isolation resistor over a wide range from a near part of a center frequency to a band edge in a power distribution/composition device which consists of two or more stages impedance transformers. SOLUTION: In the power distribution/composition device of two or more stages Wilkinson type, a resistance film 31 composing an isolation resistor is prepared between a connection unit between a strip conductor 22 and a strip conductor 24, and a connection unit between a strip conductor 23 and a strip conductor 27; and a resistance film 32 composing an isolation resistor is prepared between a connection unit between the strip conductor 24 and a strip conductor 25, and a connection unit between the strip conductor 27 and a strip conductor 28. Moreover, open stubs 41, 42 composing capacitive elements for compensation of reactance components of the isolation resistors, are prepared in positions where the resistance film 32 is placed.
