PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device for an industrial vehicle capable of efficiently leading cooling air from a cooling fan to a radiator core. SOLUTION: The engine cooling device 1 for the industrial vehicle includes: a radiator 4 disposed behind an engine 2 for the industrial vehicle and cooling the engine 2; the cooling fan 5 sending cooling air to the radiator 4; and a fan shroud 6 attached to the radiator 4 and leading the cooling air to the radiator 4. The fan shroud 6 is composed of: a fan shroud body 13 covering the air sending side of the cooling fan 5 and also formed with an opening 15 for arranging the cooling fan 5; a pair of right and left divided adjusting plates 22 which are substantially semi-annular plates for adjusting a clearance between the opening 15 of the fan shroud body and the cooling fan 5 and formed with mounting holes 28 having sufficient pore diameters for adjusting the clearance; and bolts 12a and washers 12b for attaching the divided adjusting plates 22 to the fan shroud body 13 through the mounting holes 28.
