SUPERSTRUCTURE FOR A DENTAL PROSTHESIS SYSTEM AND CORRESPONDING FABRICATION METHOD

The invention refers to a superstructure of a full dental prosthesis system for a maxillary bone. The superstructure comprises a dental prosthesis, a main structure of the prosthesis and fastening elements couplable with the implants fastened to the maxillary bone, defining respective engaging portions with corresponding holes of the main structure and each provided with a respective circular crown surface extending about the corresponding engaging portion in a plane transversal to the corresponding coupling axis. The superstructure furthermore comprises sleeve elements couplable with a radial clearance to the holes of the main structure and to the engaging portions and comprising a head portion. Each of the sleeve elements is cemented within one of the holes with its head portion resting on said corresponding circular crown surface.
