Screen printing device comprises a textile fabric and/or a template provided on the surface with a coating that reduces adhesion of a screening paste or screening dye on the fabric and/or template. An independent claim is also included for the production of the above screen printing device. Preferred Features: A nanocrystalline coating, preferably with a crystal diameter of less than 10 nm, or an amorphous coating is used. The coating contains a carbon compound with a diamond-like structure, a fluoride, a fluorine-based compound, preferably polytetrafluoroethylene, and/or a silicon-based compound. The coating thickness lies between about 100 nm and a few micrometers. |
