The holding portion 240 includes an abutting frame member 241 that is abutted against a side surface 233 of the columnar optical member 230 and that is configured to have a thickness t in a direction from the incidence surface 231 to the irradiation surface 232 and a support 242 that is disposed away from the columnar optical member 230 and that supports the abutting frame member 241.
