PURPOSE: A welding system is provided to use any types of metal rods as a ground member for supply of electricity, thereby ensuring easy installation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A welding system comprises a grip assembly(100), a power supply line(200), a single plug, a ground line(220), and a ground member(230). The grip assembly selectively picks up a welding rod(250) to implement welding. The power supply line supplies power to the grip assembly. The single plug is inserted one of socket holes(212) which are formed in a socket. The ground line conducts the power supplied to the grip assembly to the ground. The ground member is connected to one end of the ground line guides the electricity delivered through the ground line to the ground.
