PURPOSE: An everywhere stapler used for any parts of documents or objects is provided to enable stapling work regardless of the position of documents or objects because the support and the prop of the stapler body are attached together with magnets. CONSTITUTION: An everywhere stapler used for any parts of documents or objects comprises a support, a prop, and magnets. The support and the prop are formed on the top and the base of a stapler body, respectively. The magnets are installed on the support and the prop in order to attach or detach the support and the prop. The base is made of a PU(Poly Urethane) or plastic material in order to prevent other parts except for the prop from being attached to the magnets.
