PURPOSE: A tube-type fabric member for gas injection of an airbag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high packagability and reduced weight within a receiving space due to the high foldability and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A tube-type fabric member for gas injection of an airbag comprises a tube-type fabric layer with one or more gas vents(21). The tube-type fabric layer is woven into a structure selected from the group consisting of double weave, basket weave, bonded weave, partially bonded weave, and the mixed weave thereof. The weight per unit area of the fabric layer is 10g/mm^2.
