<p>Concatemeric molecules (I), in which at least four monomer units from deoxyribonucleic acids are covalently linked with each other, are new. Concatemeric molecule of formula (B1-M-{[J i-U1 i-A i] 0 - n} n-E-K1-T-{[R n - i + 1-Y1 n - i + 1-H n - i + 1] 0 - n} n-G) (I), in which at least four monomer units from deoxyribonucleic acids are covalently linked with each other, are new. either A, B1, E, G, H, J, K1, M, R, T, U1, Y1 : deoxyribonucleotide molecules, where the bond present among these molecules is a phosphodiester bond, by which the nucleic acid molecules are covalently linked to each other, and at least one of the nucleic acids contain a motif with deoxyribonucleotide sequence of CG; or B1, U1 i, K1, Y1 n - i + 1 : single stranded deoxyribonucleotide molecule formed from at least 4 deoxyribonucleotides, where the sequences of J ito H n - i + 1, A ito R n - i + 1, M to G and/or E to T are hybridized with each other in a reverse complementary manner to form a double-stranded substructure, and G is covalently linked with B via a phosphodiester bond; n : iN 0; and i : 0-1. Independent claims are included for: (1) a combination agent comprising (I) and a chemotherapeutic agent comprising antibodies, alkylating agents, platinum analogs, intercalators, antibiotics, mitotic inhibitors, taxanes, topoisomerase inhibitors, antimetabolites and/or L-asparaginase, hydroxycarbamide, mitotane and/or amanitin; (2) a kit comprising (I) and/or the combination agent and optionally an information for combining the contents of the kit; and (3) a pharmaceutical composition comprising (I) and/or the combination agent and optionally a carrier.
