PURPOSE: A digital camera having an improved filter structure for removing an image noise by foreign material is provided to acquire a clear image without noise by preventing the insertion of the foreign material. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(160) changes an electrical video signal. A shutter unit closes and opens an optical path of a subject in order to arrange the shutter in the front side of the image sensor. An infrared blocking filter is arranged to the shutter. The infrared blocking filter is driven between a first location and a second location.
