PURPOSE: A device for measuring a steering angle of a vehicle and a parking assist system of a vehicle using the same are provided to be simply installed in a vehicle regardless of the kind of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for measuring a steering angle of a vehicle comprises a body(10), a cover(20), a second gear, and a sensor. The body covers a handle shaft rotated by the operation of a handle. A first gear is formed in the body. The cover is rotated around the handle shaft. The second gear is in gear with the first gear and is rotated with the first gear. The sensor measures a steering angle of the handle shaft based on the rotation displacement of the second gear.
