PURPOSE: A pipe spring hanger load confidence testing method and an alignment jig system are provided to increase the stability and reliability of facilities by applying reliability evaluation on any device. CONSTITUTION: A pipe spring hanger load confidence testing method comprises following steps. A spring hanger is visibly checked. The kind, design capacity, and current state of the pipe support device are recorded. The current location and graduations position of a progressing indicator are recorded. The pipe, which is completely cooled after the stop of a boiler, is checked at low temperature. An upper pulling jig(1) is integrated with a cylinder.
