PURPOSE: A folding type landing device for a semi-trailer is provided to rapidly perform a landing work by using a rotary leg only when landing. CONSTITUTION: A folding type landing device for a semi-trailer comprises fixed legs(110), rotary legs(120), a horizontal shaft(130), a drive cylinder(140), and a locking cylinder(150). The fixed legs are vertically installed in mounting brackets(2a). Locking brackets(111,113) with locking holes are formed in the fixed legs. The rotary legs are rotatably coupled to the bottoms of the fixed legs. The horizontal shaft connects the rotary legs. The drive cylinder is hinged on the mounting brackets and rotates the rotary legs. The locking cylinder is located between the rotary legs and is fixed to the mounting brackets.
